Spa Considerations For Your Comfort
  • Arrive early. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes during your visit.
  • We request that you disclose any medical conditions.
  • We request that mobile phones and pagers be turned off.
  • To protect your clothing we ask that you wear a wrap that we provide.
  • All services include a complimentary beverage of either spring water or green tea.
  • For the comfort of our guests and staff, smoking is not allowed inside the premises.
  • Please note that the length of service sessions may vary.
  • Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests.

Cancellation and Changes
Should a cancellation date change be necessary we require a 24 hr.
notice. A non-cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. For your
convenience our menus and business cards have a cell phone number you may
call after or before regular business hours.

Sales Tax
In accordance with Ohio law effective October 1, 2006, appropriate
sales tax will be assessed on all spa services in addition to the prices
listed on the menu.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to offering the finest skin care and body
treatment products in the industry. Should you wish to return a purchase,
the product should be unopened and returned with a receipt within 14 days
from the date of purchase. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the
original purchase with the exception of cash sales. No cash or check
refund will be made at the spa. All cash and check refunds are processed
via check mailed to the customer. Even or like exchanges are permitted.
Gift Certificates are not refundable but may be exchanged for other
services or products.
