Regular facial treatments benefit the skin by slowing down premature

the relaxing of the senses, nerves and muscles. A consultation

Parafango Therapy
An exfoliation is followed by a massage to restore suppleness and

A warm paraffin wrap is applied to provide an emollient

Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests.
Cancellation and Changes

Should a cancellation date change be necessary we require
a 24 hr. notice. A non-cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
For your convenience our menus and business cards have a cell
phone number you may call after or before regular business
hours.
Sales Tax

In accordance with Ohio law effective October 1, 2006,
appropriate sales tax will be assessed on all spa services in
addition to the prices listed on the menu.
Return Policy

We are dedicated to offering the finest skin care and
body treatment products in the industry. Should you wish to
return a purchase, the product should be unopened and returned
with a receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds
are issued in the same manner as the original purchase with the
exception of cash sales. No cash or check refund will be made at
the spa. All cash and check refunds are processed via check
mailed to the customer. Even or like exchanges are permitted.
Gift Certificates are not refundable but may be exchanged for
other services or products.
